1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 24 hrs of the course purchase date.

The request includes a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The refund request is made after 24 hrs of purchase.
If the course content has been accessed or completed.
If the LMS has been allocated.

Courses purchased under discounted prices, bundles, or special offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

You have downloaded course materials or received a course completion certificate.

3. Process to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Include your order ID, course name, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Method
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Any transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway may be excluded from the refund amount.

5. Course Transfer or Credit Option
In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:

Credit toward another Learnkoed course of your choice.

Course transfer to a peer or colleague, subject to approval.

Learnkoed reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the changes.
